It has been awhile since the last update but we were
waiting until this segment of the process was completed. Approximately 15 months ago we made the
decision to go on the road not really knowing the impact this would have on our
lives. To say that it did not invoke
emotions leaving our jobs and selling items that we have accumulated over our
lifetime would be difficult to believe.
However after three garage sales (may have a fourth), giving our sons
our furniture and other items they wanted, we are waiting diligently for an offer
on our house. The motor home has been
serviced and verified it is ready for the road, we are making the final purchases
to make our motorcycle comfortable and have a lot of work left on the Land
Cruiser and trailer. All in all we think
the middle of October is looking good for beginning the adventure.
